Kensington Sash Window Ironmongery – Case Study

Beautiful attention to detail was achieved on this stunning project using Reddiseals’ Kensington luxury forged sash window ironmongery.

Established in 2008, Cheshire Joinery Ltd are a leading provider of quality timber windows, doors, and roof lanterns.
All of their joinery products are made bespoke and beautifully handcrafted in their Stockport workshop.

When Cheshire Joinery Ltd had the opportunity to design, manufacture, and install windows and doors for this stunning property in Hale, Cheshire, a striking feature of the project was the 24 individually handcrafted Accoya® sliding sash windows.

With attention to detail being key, Reddiseals’ Kensington luxury forged sash window ironmongery, in a mottled antique brass finish, was the perfect choice for the project.

Kensington solid brass forged pulleys (CMF1044MB) and traditional waxed cotton sash cords (CC713) were used during manufacture. Each window was then factory finished before leaving the workshop.

Traditional Kensington luxury forged sash lifts (CMF1046MB) and narrow locking fitch fasteners (CMF1037MB) competed the project’s quality finish.
