Order Online

Simply find the products you require on our website, add them to your cart and select your preferred delivery option. You will be passed through to our payment provider Worldpay where you can make a safe and secure online payment for your order. You can find out more about Worldpay by visiting www.worldpay.com. You will receive a receipt from us confirming your order following your completed payment.

Next Day Delivery
In order to receive your goods next day, please ensure you have placed your order and received confirmation before 4pm.

Reddiseals know that when you place an order you want the goods as soon as possible. Here are a few facts and figures to reassure you of our commitment to customer service.

  • 98% of orders before 4pm are delivered next working day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm are delivered in two working days*.
  • Remote and offshore areas may be subject to additional charges and longer delivery. Please call for information.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver, a card will be left with a FREEPHONE number to call to rearrange delivery.
  • All prices exclude duty & VAT charges

*Any orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day where possible and should be delivered on Monday morning, not Saturday morning (unless booked as Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday at £50). Any order placed after 4pm will be prepared for despatch on Monday where possible and should arrive on Tuesday.

Delivery Charges

We reserve the right to amend delivery charges at our own discretion.  Please note that from 1st July 2017, the following delivery charges apply:

  • Free standard delivery when you spend £100 or more (excludes lead and steel weight shipment and out of postcode areas)
  • Standard delivery £8.50 only (excludes lead and steel weight shipment and out of postcode areas)
  • Worldwide shipments may be subject to local duty and taxes which are payable by the consignee upon receipt of delivery.

We also offer:

    • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Before 12.00pm) – £19
    • Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – £50

Order before 4:00pm Monday – Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery.

Reddiseals reserve the right to increase prices subject to fluctuations in fuel surcharges.

Royal Mail

We now offer Royal Mail on smaller deliveries under 2kg.*
Additional delivery options will show at the checkout.
All Royal Mail orders processed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders made after 4pm will be made available for collection from 8.30am the following working day.

What is 3-D Secure?
Reddiseals operate a 3-D Secure Store for the peace of mind of their internet customers.

3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and Mastercard, to reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions. The benefits of implementing 3-D Secure include a reduction in disputed transactions and chargebacks and their resulting financial expense.

Visa has branded this program as ‘Verified By Visa’, while Mastercard’s version is called ‘Mastercard SecureCode’. Reddiseals are using and support both Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode as part of our standard service to those customers that have registered for 3-D Secure.

The primary benefit of 3-D Secure for the cardholder is that 3-D Secure provides increased confidence that their card details are secure when purchasing over the internet.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items from Reddiseals within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. We can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an “as new” condition.

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your invoice. To be eligible for a return, we ask you contact us by prior arrangement; via email or in writing, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned item/s must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and a completed returns form. Dependent on the nature of the return a handling change may apply. Details will be given upon initial contact with our customer service team.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the goods are defective) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
