From 1st July 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT.  The VAT exemption at importation of small consignments of a value up to EUR 22 will be removed, these shipments will now be subject to VAT. The customs declaration will be provided by the carrier and all relevant duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer at the prevailing local rates.

Delivery Update

Whilst we will receive and despatch your order same day from our warehouse, we use external delivery companies and due to the current industry situation with transportation of goods, we are currently unable to guarantee a next day service due to circumstances that are beyond our control.

Whilst this is a widespread issue within the haulage industry, we are working tirelessly with our chosen delivery partners to ensure we are minimising disruption to our customers and are striving to return to our normal next day delivery service as soon as possible.

Due to the current situation, we would ask our customers to consider this when ordering and where possible, order in advance.

Reddiseals cannot accept liability for late deliveries. No refund or compensation will be issued due to delays in delivery.

Trade Counter Update

To minimise risk to both our customers and staff, our trade counter remains closed until further notice.

However, our CLICK & COLLECT service is fully operational. If you wish to place an order, please use the website or contact us on 01905 791876 and we will be happy to process your order, advise you of our current collection procedure and confirm a collection time.

Our delivery couriers, DX Freight, have advised that if you do not wish to sign for delivery, drivers will sign on your behalf with CV (Coronavirus) in the signature field.

There is still the opportunity for you to check your goods and confirm you’re happy with them – missing or damaged parcels cannot be reported at a later date.

Deliveries will be made by our chosen delivery partner between 8am – 6pm each working day. Saturday deliveries will be made before 2pm as specified.

Ordering and Delivery

    • Order before 4:30pm Monday – Friday for 2 working days delivery.
      Please note, last orders for lead are 3.45 pm
    • An additional large item/Long length surcharge will be applied for items over 1.1m as they require additional work to handle (only applicable if order value falls under the Free delivery carriage threshold) This surcharge is charged per consignment.
    • Remote and offshore areas may be subject to additional charges and a longer delivery timeframe. Delivery costs will be calculated and advised at time of order. Please call for information or refer to our delivery map for details.
    • Upon delivery – All deliveries must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver, a card will be left with a FREEPHONE number to call to rearrange delivery
    • Royal Mail deliveries are subject to a 3-5 day delivery time. For up to date Royal Mail delivery lead times, please click here.
    • Reddiseals use a range of delivery partners so we can offer several different delivery options to meet our customers’ requirements. Most of these will arrive on time, as expected. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Reddiseals cannot accept liability for the occasional late or missed delivery. Consequently, we are unable to issue a refund or compensation on delayed or missed deliveries.

What is 3-D Secure?
Reddiseals operate a 3-D Secure Store for the peace of mind of their internet customers.

3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and Mastercard, to reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions. The benefits of implementing 3-D Secure include a reduction in disputed transactions and chargebacks and their resulting financial expense.

Visa has branded this program as ‘Verified By Visa’, while Mastercard’s version is called ‘Mastercard SecureCode’. Reddiseals are using and support both Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode as part of our standard service to those customers that have registered for 3-D Secure.

The primary benefit of 3-D Secure for the cardholder is that 3-D Secure provides increased confidence that their card details are secure when purchasing over the internet.

You can save on delivery charges by collecting directly from our Droitwich trade counter – simply select ‘Collect in Person From Droitwich (Free)’ at the checkout and our sales team will contact you to advise when your order can be collected. EU and International Shipments

We deliver to the UK , EU and Internationally, if you would like to find out how much a delivery would cost, please contact our export sales team at

  • Orders received from the EU, Eire and NI are now subject to customs clearance fees & documentation charges. The export fee will be advised and charged prior to despatch of your order.  Reddiseals terms of delivery are on a DAP basis (delivered at place).  This is via our chosen delivery partners who are responsible for the delivery of the goods including transport costs to the named destination.
  • DAP terms exclude import duties and taxes at point of delivery if applicable. The costs of carrying out all the necessary import formalities are expressly excluded and these charges, if applicable would need to be paid at destination by the customer prior to the release of goods and onward from the delivery company.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Business Customers – we may accept the return of goods from you within 28 days of delivery, subject to prior arrangement, agreed handling charges and the receipt of goods which are fit for resale. We cannot accept returns of goods that are manufactured to consumer/customer specification, unless deemed faulty. Terms and conditions will apply (clause 11.1 and 13).

Consumers – generally have the right to return goods within a period of 14 working days (a cooling-off period), beginning with the day after the item is delivered. We can accept the return of complete product, which is unused and in a fit-for-resale condition. We cannot accept returns of goods that are manufactured to consumer/customer specification, unless deemed faulty. Terms and Conditions may apply (clause 11.2 and 13.11).

To be eligible for Returns, we ask all customer and consumers to make a prior arrangement via phone, email, or in writing, using the contact details below.

Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned item/s must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and completed returns form available here.

Dependent on the nature of the return a handling charge may apply. Details will be given upon initial contact with our customer service team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the goods are defective). Some Consumer customers will be entitled to a refund, subject to our terms and conditions (see clause 13). Any additional costs incurred by Reddiseals to returns the goods will be deducted from your final refund, unless clause 13.11.7 of our terms and conditions applies.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, our customer services team will initiate a refund, where relevant, to your credit card, or original method of payment. Terms and conditions will apply (clause 13).
