Our range of Reddiseals plastic extruded channels and parting beads are widely recommended by the window industry. Extruded to the highest standards in our own factories, all our extrusions are UV stable and easy to clean and maintain. Parting beads are available with or without Weatherpile and are also designed for use with our SofSeal Bubble Gasket.

Plastic Channel
Plastic Channel fits into a 10mm wide x 10mm deep groove. It holds PB133, PB134, PB141, PB153 and PB154. Useful for renovating damaged grooves. Make good outside the channel with wood filler and then secure in place. The Plastic Channel will also hold our Standard Parting Bead [PB501-504]. So if the channel is badly damaged and you want to continue to use the wooden bead, this can be easily achieved by fixing in the Plastic Channel and the parting bead will push in.

Direct Fit Parting Bead with Double Flipper
High specification parting bead to fit directly into 8mm groove with flexible double angled flipper. Will also fit into PB158 and PB159 channel. Avoids in situ painting issues associated with pile weatherstripping.

Direct Fit Parting Bead with Weatherpile
Plastic Parting Bead fits directly into a 8mm wide x 9mm deep groove, or into a channel. It is fitted with 8.5mm Weatherpile during manufacture, so is not removable. Convenient when making new windows.

Standard Slimline Bead and Channel
Slimline Plastic Parting Bead sold as a pair to fit into 8mm wide x 8mm deep groove. Secure channel into groove with adhesive or pins. The parting bead can then be easily inserted and removed. it is a push fit so no fixing is required. One side has a 4.8mm recess for our Weatherpile to be inserted, Sofseal Bubble can also be inserted.

Twin Pile Parting Bead
Twin Pile Plastic Parting Bead fits directly into a 8mm wide x 9mm deep groove, or into a channel. Both sides have a 4.8mm recess for our Weatherpile to be inserted, allowing you to choose which height of pile you require. Pile can be inserted where required. No cutting and turning required.

Direct Fit Parting Bead
Plastic parting bead fits directly into a 8mm wide x 9mm deep groove, or in a channel [see parts PB158 and PB159]. One side has a 4.8mm recess for our Weatherpile or SofSeal bubble to be inserted. Allows you to choose which height of pile you require.
