Visit www.reddiseals.com and browse our on-line catalogue. You can order online but you may prefer to create a list and send to reddiseals@reddiseals.com. All email enquiries will be passed to our Customer Service team who will contact you to confirm receipt and discuss your order if required.
Order Online
Visit www.reddiseals.com and browse our on-line catalogue. Simply add the items to your basket and when you have finished go to the checkout. You will be passed to our payment service provider, PROTX, who provide a secure checkout area for our store. We never see your card details. You can find out more about PROTX by visiting www.protx.com. You will see they are vetted and approved by all the major acquiring banks in the UK. You will receive a receipt from us confirming your order and you will receive a follow up call from our Customer Services team to confirm receipt and discuss your order if required.
DELIVERY FROM REDDISEALS
Reddiseals know that when you place an order you want the goods as soon as possible. Here are a few facts and figures to reassure you of our commitment to customer service.
- 98% of orders placed by 4pm are delivered next working day.
- Orders placed after 4pm are delivered in two working days.
- Remote and offshore areas may be subject to additional charges and longer delivery. Please call for information.
- All deliveries must be signed for. If we are unable to deliver, a card will be left with a FREEPHONE number to call to rearrange delivery.
Delivery Options
There are a number of additional delivery options we can offer that incur an additional cost.
- Next Day Delivery - £9.00
- Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery - £12.00
- Guaranteed Delivery before 12 noon - £25.00
- Guaranteed Delivery before 9am - £43.00
- Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday - £45.00
Express delivery is not available for remote and offshore areas.
Online Orders placed on Fridays
Any orders placed online before 4pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day where possible and should be delivered on Monday morning, not Saturday morning (unless booked as Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday at £45). Any order placed after 4pm will be prepared for despatch on Monday where possible and should arrive on Tuesday.
Lead Weights & Friction Stays Delivery
Delivery costs of lead weights and friction stays are subject to individual quotation at the time of order (except for online orders where the carriage is calculated at time of order). Please call for a quote if you are not ordering online.

What is 3-D Secure?
Reddiseals operate a 3-D Secure Store for the peace of mind of their internet customers.
3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and MasterCard, to reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions.
